Ingredients
Scale
1 (12 count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the rolls connected in their original shape. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls over the pepperoni layer.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, parsley, garlic powder, and oregano. Brush this mixture evenly over the top of the assembled sliders.
Cover the baking dish loosely with aluminum foil.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops are lightly golden brown.
Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes before slicing between the rolls and serving.
Notes
You can substitute mozzarella with provolone or a pizza blend cheese.
Add a thin layer of cream cheese to the bottom roll for extra richness.
For a spicier flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter topping.
