Make rich, sweet, and salty Snickers fudge quickly using only your microwave. This no-bake recipe is simple and fast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped Snickers candy bars
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper.
  2. Combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a large, microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Stir well.
  4. Return the mixture to the microwave and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. This usually takes 1 to 2 more intervals. Do not overheat.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and the optional chopped peanuts.
  7. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  9. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares before serving.

Notes

  • For the smoothest fudge, stir the chocolate mixture thoroughly between each short microwave burst.
  • If you prefer a sweeter fudge, use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
  • You can substitute other candy bars for Snickers if you wish.
