Ingredients
Scale
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring it is well coated.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a pan-seared version, sear the salmon skin-side down in a hot skillet for 4 minutes, then flip and pour the butter sauce over the top. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes until done.
Serve this salmon with steamed asparagus or a large green salad with olive oil dressing for a complete keto meal.
If you prefer a stronger garlic flavor, increase the minced garlic to 5 or 6 cloves.
