A simple recipe for making a refreshing, cafe-style Iced Vanilla Chai Latte at home using chai concentrate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz chai tea concentrate
  • 4 oz milk (dairy, oat, or almond)
  • 1 oz vanilla syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the chai tea concentrate over the ice.
  3. Add the vanilla syrup to the glass.
  4. Top with your choice of milk.
  5. Stir well until all ingredients are combined and the drink is cold.

Notes

  • For a less sweet drink, reduce the vanilla syrup to 0.5 oz.
  • Use oat milk for a creamier texture similar to coffee shop versions.
  • If you do not have concentrate, steep 2 chai tea bags in 6 oz of hot water for 5 minutes, then cool completely before using.
  • To make a Dirty Vanilla Chai, add one shot of espresso before stirring.
