Ingredients
Scale
4 ears fresh corn, husks removed
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Prepare the garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, Everything Bagel Seasoning, pepper, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F). Lightly oil the grates.
Brush the prepared garlic butter mixture generously over all sides of the corn cobs.
Place the corn directly on the preheated grill grates. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning every 3 minutes, until the corn is tender and has light char marks.
Remove the corn from the grill.
Immediately sprinkle the hot corn with extra grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
For a smokier flavor, you can wrap the buttered corn tightly in foil before placing it on the grill for the first 5 minutes, then unwrap to finish cooking directly on the grates.
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor profile.
If you do not have a grill, you can bake this corn at 400°F for 15 minutes after buttering.
