- 1 cup cold brew coffee concentrate
- 1 cup prepared lemonade (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup cold water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Prepare your cold brew coffee concentrate ahead of time.
- In a glass, combine the cold brew concentrate and the prepared lemonade.
- Stir the mixture well to combine the flavors.
- Add cold water or club soda to dilute the mixture to your preferred strength.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the cold brew lemonade mixture over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a fresh lemon slice before serving immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the ratio of concentrate to lemonade based on how strong or sweet you like your drink. A 1:1 ratio is a good starting point.
- If you use unsweetened lemonade, you may want to add 1 teaspoon of simple syrup for balance.
- For an extra layer of flavor, muddle a few fresh mint leaves in the bottom of the glass before adding ice.
- If you do not have concentrate, use 1 cup of very strong, chilled brewed coffee instead.
