Ingredients
Scale
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 packet (about 1 ounce) dry ranch seasoning mix
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Measure the Greek yogurt into a medium bowl.
Add the entire packet of dry ranch seasoning mix to the yogurt.
Stir the mixture thoroughly until the seasoning is completely incorporated and the dip is smooth.
Stir in the chopped chives and lemon juice, if you are using them.
Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes for slightly better flavor melding.
Notes
For a thinner dip consistency, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk or water while mixing.
You can substitute the dry ranch mix with 1 tablespoon of dried dill, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
This dip pairs well with carrots, celery, bell peppers, or whole-grain crackers.
